A mother knows what her child feels even animals. She is also in pain if their babies are hurt. She is worried and anguish and wants to cure that pain away. Just the same on the video, a mother dog is crying for help because one of her puppies was hurt. Toggle, the cute puppy was rescued and was brought to a facility. They cured his wounds, gave him food and took care of him until he could walk. When he was able to recover, he was brought home to her mother with his siblings.
