According to the statistics, PTSD or Post-Traumatic-Stress Disorder is mostly diagnosed in the soldiers who have fought in wars. One research has also shown that one in eight soldiers who fought in Iraq have experienced the symptoms of PTSD. Often, therapy dogs are used to help these veterans with PTSD. However, in this video we see a therapy horse spreading his magic on these war veterans.
This video features three war veterans who went to Saratoga War Horse. It is an organization which provides therapy sessions for veterans who have mental scars with the help of their off the track thoroughbred horses. This organization gives veterans a chance to get connected with the horse through various sessions. Wait till you see one of the sessions in the following video.
