Two Dogs Crying for Help Found in an Unlikely Place, Rescued. Witness Their Transformation.06:36

Hope for Paws, a non-profit animal rescue group received a text one day. Two kids heard dogs crying and they tracked the crying dogs, they found these two dogs in a sewer, looking dirty. Rescuers immediately went to rescue the poor dogs, one is female which they named Dixie and the other is male which they named Winn. Both dogs have eye infection, infested by hundreds of fleas and smell like a sewer!
